KT-TA Panasonic 824 NZ Ring Group fault? 1

I will explain as best I can, all is working well except when a call comes in on trunk 4, after an OGM (for trunk 4) is played to the caller and the caller doesn't selected any of the three extns (222,217,216)the extn phones don't ring correctly (none ring!)
I am trying to get all three phones to ring simultaneously, and if no one answers still the call goes to the answer machine on extn 216
I have found that if you unplug the three extn phones (222,217,216) all works fine, I observed this by watching the flexi button LEDs all light up on another system phone for the extns mentioned.
I even took the three system phones and plugged them in at the PABX to eliminate any possible wiring issues
If I plug in any of the three phones the they don't ring and the flexi button LEDs don't light up on other system phones
All the system phones are panasonic system phones, and most cordless phones are Siemans Gigaset phones

The KX-TE maintenance console is version 3.00.1

We dont have groups in the TES. Are you using Disa.
if you have disa no dial set to intercept, it should rint the telephones that are set to ring for that line in incoming call settings.

Extension group will only ring one phone at a time.

Hi, Thanks for you reply, could you explain in a little more detail please. I do have 'DISA no dial mode' set to 'intercept', and 'CO incoming' extns(3 of them) set to 'immediate' which phone will ring first? How can I get them of them in that group to all ring after the OGM is played?
