KSU Version

Hey Guys & Gals,

Our NAM just took a crap, so I'm looking at cost effective alternatives since that unit has way more features than needed. In trying to find an alternative, I've discovered I must know what version our KSU is.

In looking at the guides in the FAQ, neither matches the SP I'm coming up with.

Any Ideas??

SP: 30DEC04 NAT

Side Note: The company which services this (when it's over my head) is saying $1400 to fix and install the NAM or $1600 for a refurbished installed. Does this sound about right? (They don't know what's wrong with it yet)

You have a MISC 7.0.

How many mailboxes?

Maybe a call pilot 100 it max's out at 40 MBs.

We only need 15 mailboxes. Does CP connect through the same connection as NAM? I believe it is a fiber cord.

No, 2 extensions giving you 4 ports.

The CP 100 comes with 10 MBs added key codes required.
They sell them by 1, 4, 8, 16.

That's way too much to repair a NAM. I'd suggest either a CP-100 or a Startalk Flash 4.

Call Pilot 100 with 10 mailboxes or more is your best bet.
