Hi all! In my KSU my Dn are 3xx and my voicemails Dn are 4xx, there is a way to make them all working from dialing on intercom ?

My second question is, i have few custom external routes Dns 2xx, there is a way to make them available from the Norstar Voicemail 4.0 for external incomming calls ?

Thanks,
Mike

Your first question makes no sense....rephrase it please.
Second question requires MCDN key codes for the NAM.

Sorry my English is weak sometimes ^^

I want mean, there is a way to dial the voicemail extention from internal without using F980, dial the voicemail DN like an normal extention by Intercom button.

Mike

-Dialing the DN rings the set
-Dialing the mailbox number while in Auto Attendant will take you right into the mailbox.
-Dialing the mailbox number from a phone will yield "Not In Service" unless there is a DN with the same number and has a mailbox with matching number, it the mailbox is not matching then you would go to the wrong mailbox of course.
-F980 is the Leave Message feature
-Dialing the DN of voice mail (F985 to see it) is the same as doing F981
