Kronos Workforce and SQL 2000

I do not know if this is the correct place for this question. If not, except my apologizes.

Basically, we are a new customer to Kronos Workforce Timekeeper. This package utilizes SQL2000 for its database. We have setup SQL2000 on a test box, registered the server, set it up for mixed mode and changed SA password to be Kronos.

Using Fastrack to install the software. Get to the screen that asks for the password for SA and the userid/password to be used with the web application software. We get a message stating "Invalid User ID" referring to SA.

I would suggest you do a couploe of things. First use the sa login and the password you think you put in as the password to open query analyzer. If that works, then the sa account and password are correct.

If it doesn't I would contact the tech support people at Kronos as they should be providing you with install support and they should be most familiar with install problems.

Thanks for the reply. I have contacted Kronos and they have been assisting me in getting this product installed upon my test server. Still working my way through installation. Anyone interested or having prior knowledge can contact me.
