I have a Krone adapter for connecting into patch panels but the other end is not wired. I want to try and wire it into a RJ11 socket but I'm unsure about which order the cables go.

I have 4 cables,

Green
Brown
Yellow
White

Every other RJ11 I look at has,

1. Yellow
2. Green
3. Red
4. Black

So what order do I connect the Green, Brown, Yellow, White?

Well standard for RJ11 would be exactly as you see the others. What is the config on the Krone adapter?

Forget that second sentence. It would be just the others you see, green and red in the 4 and 5 spots and yellow and black in the 3 and 6

For the rj-11, here is a chart.
For the Krone pinout, here is a link:

I think you can then resolve the matching of pairs.

pin Pair T/R ± Color Old
1 3 T + Pair 4 Wire 1 white/green Pair 4 Wire 1 orange

2 2 T + Pair 2 Wire 1 white/orange Pair 2 Wire 1 Old black

3 1 R - Pair 1 Wire 2 blue/white Pair 1 Wire 2 Old red

4 1 T + Pair 1 Wire 1 white/blue Pair 1 Wire 1 Old green

5 2 R - Pair 2 Wire 2 orange/white Pair 2 Wire 2 Old yellow

6 3 R - Pair 3 Wire 2 green/white Pair 3 Wire 2 blue

Sorry, I don't do Krone, but you got me curious.

I did a bit of Google searching for D94471 and wasn't able to find anything with the color code, but did find out that it is designed to disconnect the automatic bridging connection in a feed-thru module, so you normally wouldn't connect all 4 wires to an RJ11 jack. (RJ31X alarm jack maybe).
When inserted into the Krone Block, two of the wires would be connected to the dialtone and the other two would bee connected to the station equipment.
The best I can suggest is to use an ohmmeter or continuity tester to map the exposed plug contacts to the wires.
When inserted in the 1st pair of the block, the "Ring" or red wire of the RJ11 would connect to the 25pair wire that is blue with a white stripe (sometimes all blue on 4-pair cables), and the "Tip" or green wire of the RJ11 would connect to the white wire with a blue stripe.

Also it appears that D94471 is a BT Connexion part number and the actual Krone # is 6529/1/041/01.

I have done a lot of work with Krone and the adaptor you mention is not Krone but made by someone else to fit into a Krone type of installation for voice blocks at one end and into the front of a panel at the other, normally with a RJ 45 size plug. It is normally used for testing, the RJ plug to go into a tester.
From the Krone block, you should have wires going to the back of the patch panel or the jack at the workstation.
These adaptors can also be found for 110 blocks.

It seems to me you don't know the nomencalture for the items your describing,so the help you get may be off somewhat.

At first you wrote:

Are you talking about cables or pairs? (that is the colors of the wires in the cable(s)?

Then you wrote:Every other RJ11 I look at has,

1. Yellow
2. Green
3. Red
4. Black

These are the colors of the wires inside the jack (or plug) configured for voice applications.

The Krone adaptor you mention has no relation to the others, other than the wires mentioned first,so you may want to match your green to the RJ yellow, the brown to RJ greem, the yellow to RJ red and the white to RJ black.

Good Luck,
