Hi-
I'm in charge of a fat client VB application at my company. A couple of years ago, we came across an issue where when the user brought up the Crystal Report viewer in the application, a Microsoft error would pop-up, and the whole program would crash when the user selected "send report" or "don't send". Only one person was getting this error at the time, all other users were OK. Finally, after months of scratching our collective heads, my I/T guy found on a forum somewhere that if the user has a Konica printer set as his/her default printer, it causes this crash.
In the months since, I still see this problem, although now, I quickly debug it and have the user set another printer as their default (which is annoying). I'm using CR XI.
My question is, has anyone else seen this, and has Business Objects/Crystal Reports been notified of this and pushed out a fix I'm not aware of? Thanks in advance.
