Konftel 300wx is acting funny with receiving calls

Greetings,

I have never heard of Konftel until yesterday. Installed it. Everything is working fine except, when you call it, the device itself doesnt ring nor seem to recognize the call is coming in. BUT!! If I hit the answer key, it answers it. Has anyone seen this before?

My guess would be there is no ringing voltage on the TN. Possible bad TN, bad analog card or faulty ring generator.
Have you tried another analog phone on the TN?
