Konftel 300W DECT R4

We currently have a DECT R4 deployment at one of our customer sites. Everything with the DECT works exactly like it should EXCEPT the konftel 300W. Cannot seem to get it to register with the system. Has anyone dealt with this? Made it a line etc but it wont anonymously make an extension.

Any help would be great.

Work without a problem, you need the IPEI number in the Dect master to make it register. Or fill it in the IPO when using provisioning.

I entered the IPEI number this morning into the DECT master under the user we are currently trying to set it as. Still doesnt seem to register? It is really really odd! Everything is exactly as the installation manual.

Also, when trying to register the unit. It asks for the "pin" not the A/C... that is still the A/C correct?
