Konexx dual channel

I only have a 1 pair to an office that also need a fax. We have a working M7208 in this office. Can I use this Konexx dual channel to have simultaneous faxing and digital phone use. Konexx says yes, but I figure, ask the experts!

Yes phone uses one channel and the fax will use the other.

Do you think I could point a trunk from the KSU to the other channel for incoming faxes?

It works well?

Sorry I forgot about inbound, not sure about that.

Might be better to go with an online/cloud type of fax service.

Thanks. Running a new cable would not be easy. It's unthinkable that they only put a 2 pair cable in this building and the 2nd pair is not good.

The Konexx may work if they are content with an efax solution, they could still print and send faxes this way.
