Kofax release script 7.5 releasing to livelink

Hello
I am using Kofax release script 7.5 releasing to livelink 971 and only the release queue is very slow, all the other queues go through quickly. any idea
- database?
- network connection?
- kofax application? restarted all release queu services already
- anything else.

Is the kofax user a user that has SA privs on its Id this would make the permissions check not go thru so it will be faster.If the container has lots of items LAPI checks it with a listnodes so try releasing into containers having num children smaller and see if they have any impact.Cannot say for sure until the livelink thread logs are analyzed.

Also see if you can dedicate a llserver for the rel script processes.if the FE has alittle more RAM on it another vertical instance can be stood up in less than an hr.

All of these are suggestions that a trained livelink administrator would do to manage expectations.

hello
the kofax user have system admin rights. Also
when there is a queue in the release queue of kofax, the livelink server service is at 100 percent cpu.
