Kofax export error to opentext livelink

Hi to all

We are getting the error as follows:
Export Error: Script #1 (Livelink ECM Platform 8.1) [-2147418082 Problems uploading Data Fork]

When we try to export using kofax export connector we get this error. Any help is appreciated.

Ask OT if the Kofax Connector is using LAPI for communication to livelink.If so then the problems is basically due to stress at the livelink server.These are basically running out of ephemeral ports,too low a timeout for the socket etc.Mostly the lapi clinet in this case Kofax needs a connection to do things in livelink.You will get better luck if you stand up another livelink server excusively for lapi traffic.
