Hello All,

Got a question for ya. I haven't been able to look at the machine physically yet that the person is receiving email on but I've had her tell me this before and I would have her forward the email on to me to see if I can open it, which I can.

I have a client of mine that receives emails from her friends that contain pictures that are embedded into the email message. At the bottom of the email it says Kodak EasyShare. She says that she cann't view these pictures using her Outlook Express and she is running XP. When she forwards the emails to me I can view the images, but I am running XP and Notes 6.0. Is there any type of a plug in or such that I need to install on her computer so that she can view these files? I usually copy the image and save it as a JPEG format and attach it to an email and send it back to her.

What else can I do? If I need to I can physically work on her machine but she lives out of town.

I have looked on the Internet tonight, but haven't found a solution to this problem so I'm turning to the forum. Hopefully someone can help with this problem. It would be very much appreciated :)

What format are the pictures in when the message is first received? Are the pictures actualy stored on the internet somewhere? If so, does the checkbox at Tools, Options, Security tab, 'Block images and other external....' make any difference?
