Hi guys! A user was complaining that whenever she uses her edi and tries to send and receive emails, either one crashes, it is either you cannot print something from edi or cannot send messages from outlook.. any known issues regarding the two? or should i tell the user to just work on only one window at a time? known issues with outlook97 and edi?

What EDI software is the user having problems with? What version of Windows? Has the user updated Windows will all available patches recently? As a general rule, the two products should work together with no problems however, low cost translator products have been known to cause a variety of problems with different products in the past. Other low cost products require exclusive use of the hardware and RAM resources.
