Known issues??? BCM.R400.SU.System.027-201004

We are having issues with our CallPilot Desktop Messaging (plugin) folders in Outlook 2010. Before we take the plunge and install BCM.R400.SU.System.027-201004 patch, I just wanted to see if anyone else has applied it yet and experienced any issues?

I've read some doozy's out there with these patches and like to be cautious before moving forward.
