Known and Unknown !!

I have a simple design issue. i have an attribute which is a customer segment which consists of 7 known and 1 unknown segments.

now on the report , i am supposed to design it like this

----------------------------------------------------------- Dept ID(attrib) customer count(metric)
-----------------------------------------------------------

Known

Unknown

-----------------------------------------------------------

Any suggestions on how i could proceed? Any help would be appreciated
