KnowledgeSync vs Exact Event Manager

I'm aware that Vineyard Soft creates Exact Event Manager for Exact Software, but is there any difference between the two products?

Such as software functionality, event packs, pricing, maintenance fees, support, etc.

Exact Event Manager has built in integration with Synergy. Knowledgesync, if purchased thru their channel,cannot legally offer this.

In what ways does it integrate with Synergy? Does it allow interaction with workflow, contacts, documents, etc?

Workflow yes, documents and the rest I am not sure of.
