I am using the "Knowledgebase Template" in Sharepoint for about a year and up to this point it has been very useful. I am however, ready to take the next steps with a knowledgebase.
With that said does anyone know if there is a way to track usage? What i mean by that is if a user opens a certain document is there a way to know that, or know how many times a certain document was opened or used.
Or does anyone know of any third party knowledgebase programs that integrate with Sharepoint?
