I need to find a windows program that will convert SCO-ASCI text into windows ASCI. Thanks in advance! :)

ASCII is ASCII. If what you want to do is transfer from one to the other you would be better using doscp on the unix side, it puts the carriage returns/linefeeds so dos (windows) can use the data.
At least this is what I read between the lines in your post. [sig]
Ed Fair
efair@atlnet.com

Any advice I give is my best judgement based on my interpretation of the facts you supply.
If you are using os5 or unixware mtools binaries are much better that the dos... binaries. They are available from the sco web site and are also included on the Skunkware disk now shipped with a new installation media set.
