I had done a few days of research for the .NET license manager and I haven't found something to be desired.
The link here was when I first came upon this..
After some researches, I found the XHEO to be the best one out than Manco and Desaware. But a week or 2 of programming the evaluated XHEO product, it turned out to be more complicated than it looked because of the abstraction involved. I can't have the easy editor cuz it doesn't serve with all of my need, so writing the source code is the way to go. That is when it get complicated. I need a more simplier .NET scripting...
I'm beginning to agree that I'm best off developing my company's own Licensing system if I have the ability. It's worth the trouble if we really want to protect your software.
Does anyone know of a .NET license manager I can use? Or guideline to the Microsoft .NET framework component I can use?
Thanks...
P.S. - I also welcome idea, comments, brand-name for 3rd party stuff that can do this instead of XHEO, Manco, etc.
