know any icon libraries?

You will find several icon libraries as well as icon editors on either download.com or tucows.com.

Additionally there is a freeware program called Rip All Icons that will extract icons from executables and dll's. Aside from any copyright issues this p[rogram is lots of fun. I've used it for several years for creating instrucional tutorials for users and students. It can be found on download.com.
 
Another good site to try would by ZDTV's (now Tech TV) download site at hotfiles.com.

I also have a program that I found in one of the "bargain bins" called icon viewer which lets you see all the icons of a given program. There are a lot of icons that you may have that you don't know about.
