KMS setup error

while i'm installing Exchange 2000 on Windows 2000 SP3, i have encountered the following error (KMS stage)

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Key Management Service with error code 0x8007200A (please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed step again…"

and the following lines in Exchange setup log:
