Forgive me on the lack of detailed information but I can get more if needed.
We are trying to setup a backup dialing process for when our internet connection (T1)/VPN is not responding.
We've gotten it to work in 2 locations yet in the 3rd location with same code we get a the following error
KLIPS_error: IPSEC_Xmit_send IP_Send() failed, Err 1.

My inclination it's in the VPN or server setup but I have no idea where to look. Anyone run into something similar & find a solution?

what linux are you using, which kernels, which VPN and how did you set up your "dialing process"?

Redhat 9 & finally got some support from the folks who setup the VPN & yes it is a VPN setup error.

so thanks for the response but think we'll get it licked.
