Klaxons on VoIP

Anyone seen any sort or Klaxon or Sounder that can be attached to any Cisco 79XX phone. I can think of desperate ways of doing it using an analogue klaxon and an ATA box - but something a bit simpler would be better...

Any ideas or pointers?

I'm not aware of any easy way to do it directly from the digital phone. We have always had to use a shared line on an ATA to run external ringers.
