I am having someone professionally record a customer's AA and they are requesting the kiloherz and bitrate requirements. It is a BCM 50. does anyone know the answer to this

i would say just record your announced name through your phone, go to go to your mailbox, download the .wav file you just recorded and check that for what it normally wants
16 bit 8khz mono at 128kbps is a file i have on my machine, can't promise its from a BCM, but its what I would suspect.
