Killing port sessions

when I do a netstat -an | grep -w 5901, I can see the IP addresses of all users connected to this port. Does anyone know how I can kill any sessions connected to this port or allow only one IP to access it (root's IP)?

You may consider to take a look at the lsof utility to get the id of the process connected to this port:

http://ftp.cerias.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/sysutils/lsof/
