Kill a Read-only 1

I have a file that I've ftp'd. It has a Read-only attribute, that prevents me from using Kill to delete it before the next ftp.

How can I change the file attribute to not Read-only?

Or is there another method to delete this file?

I'd use the SetAttr instruction.
