kicked out of Office Apps

Have W2000 professional (Novell 5.0 server) with Office 2000 installed by Administrator. On just a few workstation (all had Off 2000 installed by Admin) users other than
those in admin user group can open up office apps but as soon as they begin typing the program closes with no error messages. Admin user group members do not have this problem. I do not want to make these users part of the admin group if I can help it.

Try this:

Open regedt32
Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFTSelect the key "Office"
From the menu, select Security, Permissions
Select Users and add Full Control
Apply these changes and see if that did the trick
