Keyword Values not Displaying in forms

IN R5 we have custom forms and we use keyword values in drop down menus. These suddenly stopped be displayed and now we only see the following message along with the current value.
"A view of that name cannot be found in the specified database". I'm not a Notes Dr. and I need to get this fixed. any help would be great. If you in the Chicago area I could even buy a nice lunch......

That message means that either someone renamed the view, or someone deleted it.
You need to get a designer to check the db and find out which view is needed and where it went.

I would suggest contacting your IT department and entering a modification/correction request.
