I work with compiled files (*.chm) with full-text search capabilities. I want the built-in search engine to find industry-specific words that our users are familiar with, but which are not included in any actual topics. For instance, they call an "oral fluid testing kit" a "spit kit." Is there any way to make the search engine find topics about "oral fluid" if they were to search for "spit kit"? I've tried using META tags, but I guess they don't work with compiled files. I've also tried just including the words "spit kit" in the topics with the font color set to match the background color, and that finds the topics I want, but then the words "spit kit" are highlighted, which is no good.
