Keyword scan on outbound smtp

Looking for a solution that can scan OUTBOUND smtp messages for keywords. More directly, something to scan messages for inappropriate content that may "deface" the company.

It'd be nice if there was a way I could make a smart host and use an opensource app to do the work.. Anyone know if there's anything of the sort in the open source market?

First thing that I could think of was GFI. Anyone use this product for this purpose? Like it?

Anyone using another program that scans outbound email?

Microsoft ForeFront/Antigen does this. Some email archiving solutions also do this.

We use XWall for spam filtering. It can also do the outbound filtering that you're looking for.
