When I try to enter a transaction...The following error message are
displayed.

Error Message 1

Error Num=75 Could not open LPT:! Access=2
Module: FOpen
File: # 156
Rec Num: 65535

Error Message 2

Printer is not Ready
Port= LPT 3:
F Open Error #75
Try Again

I figured that maybe its the whole configuration process was not done
properly.

I worked with that several years ago. Try their help desk if you don't have a dealer to work with. I believe they will help you and it doesn't cost much.
