Keys problem with 5340 running UR4

Hi,

I've just upgrade my ICP 3300 Mxe to 8.0 UR4. (full install)

I still have a problem (I had in 8.0 UR3) with sets 5340 (either with load 1.3.0.26 or 1.3.0.28) :
Keys such as superkey, cancel, hold (cosc enabled), redial don"t work !

Thoses features are enabled using screen keys, but not anymore from keys on the right side of the telephone.

As anyone experienced it ?

I was in France a few weeks ago, and experienced the same problem.

I don't think there was this problem in release 7, perhaps this needs to be raised with Mitel 3rd line as a bug.

Yes, Someone has enable the "Float Keys" on the phone.

I think you'll find on page 2 of the applications pages

Thanks dude, but unfortunatly, float keys are not enabled !!

Mitel100 ?, was float key enable on your system ?

I have enabled and disabled float keys (to test also), but problem still the same...
A bug ?

No they did not have the float key enabled either.

MITEL asks to creat a cluster !!!

ICPPBX assigment, Network element assigment and cluster assigment forms don"t work (windows open but programmation never closed when form is saved.

Problem may be due to html config. Keys work when an html page is displayed on the phone...

Before updating, a spx page was on the ICP to display a html page. Dialing keys were blocked (no dialing possible). I had this before, and restoring default was enough. In this cas, we had to remove the spx file from ICP to be able to dial again.
It appears that when sending a spx file an displaying the html page let the key work !!!

After having sent a new spx file for htlm application, keys work even without html page (normal mode) !!!

Problem is definetivly due to html applications which can block the IP sets.
