Hi all,

I try to activate a forward on a incoming msn number of my clients ISDN trunk. For this service we use the Keypad Protocol. Some PABX's use this protocol.
I can't find the way to activate this with the ip500 v6.0
My client want to activate and deactivate this with a programmed button. The action he must sent the the network = *21*(number)# to activate. Deactivate = #21#
Did Anyone make this before?

Thanks.

I don't know where you are in the world, but in the UK *21* etc. don't work on ISDN

I think he is dutch;

Never done it before but you could try to add a these SC;

*21*N# / dial / D*21*N#

#21# / dial / D#21#

(you can play with a , for a pause might need it after the D so ti will look like D,*21*N# Also adding a ; after the # might work so it will look like D*21*N#; then when you enter the SC you'll need to press # twice. But this way it will sent the whole lot as "enblock" over the ISDN line instead of "Overlap". This can also be achieved by using XXXXXXX depending on the numberlenght no need for the ; then.
