I am trying to get an AVAYA doorphone to work on a 4620 IP phone. The problem is the keypad on the IP phone is not active after you answer the door phone so you cannot key in the ** code to open the door. It works if the doorphone rings to an analog phone. On the 302 console there is a feature dont-split which allowed the operator to use the keypad but that feature is not available on the IP Phone. Any ideas. Thanks.

It is setup with an analog station.

Dang. I hate to even suggest it (risking sounding too much like Tier II), but is the CLAN and medpro firmware up to date? Also, check your country options and see of you can't increase the gain between loss groups. Feel free to ignore as these are just guesses.

Obviously, there are no other problems between IP and analog connected devices (i.e. Audix)?
