Keypad Headset - 5410

Our customer has IP Office 3.0, build 59 with 5410, firmware 2.2. Per Avaya/Plantronics the LKA-10 does work with the 5410 to allow dialing and transfering from the headset. We could not get it to work and after numerous discussins with Avaya/Plantronics it was determined that the LKA-10 does not work with the 5410 telset. Does anyone know of a keypad headset that will work as described above?

I don't think it is possible because the digital extensions don't use DTMF or flash as commands to the IP Office, it is all digital and if you dial a number the tones you hear are only there for your comfort but not really necessery.
You can use the plantronics on a analog station or even only attached to a alog port wich has been configured as a "quiet headset".

I believe the Headset Catalogue has been updated to add the footnote that the LKA10 Dial Out is not supported.
