Some users are looking for kep remapping software. We know theres lots of freeware, we want to avoid freeware if possible. Anyone have good lead on pay to use key-remap software?
Why do you want to not use "freeware"? Surely you want the best for the job, regardless of price?
Linux is "freeware", as is Open/Libre Office, NetXMS, Adobe Acrobat reader, GIMP, Paint.Net, and on and on.
Don't rule out something because it's free.

We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare. Now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true.
Fair enough, their money, I just didn't want people ruling out a great bit of software for now reason.

Personally, I wouldn't trust security software unless it were in the public domain. With proprietary, closed source software from a private company how do you know that they haven't put some sort of back door, logging, or monitoring software in place? How do you know what bugs it has or if there are any known vulnerabilities? How do you know that they won't capture your data and sell it to the highest bidder or give it to the govt to spy on you?
Every rootkit that I have ever heard about has come from one of two places: the criminals, or products bought by private companies.
