Keycodes

I have a customer that did a try n buty for meet me conf.It has expired and they purchased the keycode. When I installed the file I got invalid keycode and a alarm of wrong sequence. The sequence is 5 and when you go to modify the table its at 6 which should be correct since I'm added another keycode. I've tried changed it and rebooting but still get error. Anyone have this problem? Its a BCM 50 3.0

Are you loading the keys or inputting them manually?

If you are loading the keys, I would suggest you contacting Nortel to reissue your keys. I have never had an issue loading it.

If you are inputting it manually, ask your vendor or Nortel to send you the .lic file for your BCM 50 3.0.

Are you using the rls 3.0 Element Mgr. I had a problem loading keycodes on a 2.0 when it first came because i was using thr rls 1 version.
