Can anyone in the UK access keycodes for a Modular Plus?
Have a client who "accidently" defaulted their switch so it has dropped to 8 ISDN channels when it originally had 15 open. Needless to say no record of the keycodes on site and BT wont help as the system is no longer under a mtce contract!

Hi David

The system id is 10140714. I'll email you seperately off list too.

Cheers

Graeme

Hello Graeme

I've taken a look tonight via the Nortel keycode site and I'm unable to site ID of 10140714 that has any Norstar data.

I did however, locate information for an Option 11c system that used the same site ID. Is the system a "BT" Norstar one?. I'm sure that you are correct as they were either the Compact or Modular versions that supported DASS lines etc.

Sometimes, keycode information is located within any "BT" site documentation. I'm surprised that Nortel has used the same site ID on 2 systems, although I know that it does happen.

All the best
