Keycodes for Nortel Software

This is just a warning.

Do not loose your keycodes for Nortel Software. It has so far taken since last september for me to try and get the keycode for some Nortel software that we have. The keycode was lost before I joined the firm. Both original supplier and current maintainer are loathed to tell me the keycode even though they have it.

Be warned.

switch to a different vendor to get your lost key codes takes a phone call to nortel.. if there really authorized .

I agree I had a problem with getting info from a distributor about 4 or so years ago. Guess what with one phone call to NORTEL the distributor could not wait to help.

Get a new vendor. I can retreave keycodes in 10 min from Nortel Web.
