Had anyone experienced this problem before when you have a phone that is up, but when you press the intercom it saids "keycode required"? I rebooted the BCM 50 but still didn't clear the problem?

You need Keycodes to make phones work in main unit. How many phones do you have working now in the main unit?
You don't need Keycodes in the EXP unit.
You don't need Keycodes in the EXP unit.

Actually, all the phones that are connected in the expansion cabinet are working. The phones in the main cabinet thats giving that error.

Like I said, you need Keycodes to use the Main Unit.

It's weird none of the phones are working in the main cabinet. You mean you have to purchase the license for every phone you install.
