NTKC0060 and NTKC0226 are these keycodes interchangable? Meaning, can i use the 0060 in a 50?

Keycodes for the BCM 50 are different than for a BCM 200/400/1000. So, then answer is no.

I think you need to tell the person generating the keycode that it is a BCM 50 as there is something they need to do differently.
