I have a BCM50 2.0 that has on-board port failures on the main chassis. I have an advanced replacement unit in hand, and we have migrated the keycodes via the Nortel website.

I have verified the correct sys ID and serial number of the replacement system with the new keycode.

When trying to enter the new keycode into the new system, I get an error message saying incorrect keycode.

I have done a level two reset and still have have the same results.

Any ideas?

3 ways to enter key code
1. telset via F9*8
2. E.M. manual entry
3. E.M LIC upload

Try all 3, if still an issue then triple check with who gave that key code to you or use KRS and retrieve it and check again.....and chek that Serial number for new system is there too.
If still an issue sounds line a call to Nortel is required.

Thats all I can think of...
