Keycode installation

Hi all, It is CS1000M,MG release 5.5, CPPIV. I got the keycode from Nortel to upgrade some packages. Can any body help the commands how to enter keycode command throyuh LD 143. I was reading NTP`s for this but i am getting mix up. Can some body shows series of commands (knew/kshow)to enter these new keycodes.

Do you have the keycode as a file or already on a RMD? If already on a RMD I would use KSHO RMD to confirm the packages are there. Then use KNEW RMD to install.

The keycode file, as it comes from Nortel, is probably a single keycode.kcd file on a floppy disk. That file needs to be placed on the RMD, in a directory folder named "keycode".

The KNEW RMD command is going to look for the keycode folder, and from there, it will load the keycode.kcd file.
