keybuild Arcserve2000 database

Hi, there:

I am using keybuild utility to rebuild the key files. The problem I have is, it is too slow. It has been running for more than 18 hours and it still working on the "astpsdat" file. I am using Arcserve2000 and running keybuild utility from command line:

keybuild -k -L arcserve;admin;secret astpsdat

After that, there is status report on the console screen. It is working, but seems too slow.

Any suggestions?

Not much to be done while it is running, but make sure you have a lot of free disk space and that the COMMIT charge doesn't exceed the physical RAM.

What is your disk system and controller like?
