Here in Belgium we use Azerty keyboards instead of Qwerty. When some of our users log on to their 2000 workstations their keyboard layout is ok in Azerty, but when they connect to citrix the layout is qwerty.

Must have to do something with their profiles, but what??

Check the settings in the Program Neighborhood client - it's in Tools -> ICA Settings -> General CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
