Keyboard shortcut problem in WP10

Hi,
I hope someone can help. I just upgraded from WP8 to WP10. I have found that the Keyboard Shortcuts [Ctrl and right arrow] and [Ctrl and down arrow] do not work - the cursor should go to next word or paragraph but it goes to next hard return. I tried copying my keyboard from WP8 but it still does not work. I need these for some of my macros - please help.
