I don't think they all have keystroke alternatives. The ones that do are usually shown in the tool-tips or in the menu.
In the formula editor you can mouse over a button like the binoculars and it will show a tool-tip and also a shortcut key combination (if one exists).
On the main menu if you click a word like "Edit" the menu drop-down will show you any available keystrokes on the right of each menu option.
Last, on the main toolbar some shortcut buttons have a mouse over tool-tip that will show you keystroke shortcuts after the name.
