We have mostly Wyse Winterm thin clients connecting to Citrix Metaframe 1.8 Service pack 2 running on NT 4 TSE and W2K with TS. All clients connect to a published desktop and then use the Citrix Program Neighborhood to run applications. The problem that we're having is that, randomly, clients will have problems with their number pad functioning. When we shadow them, sometimes we're able to activate the numlock from our side, other times we have to log them off and back on. We have another problem where the Esc key acts like a windows key and opens the start menu. When we shadow the user, once again, this problem is corrected. Any help would be appreciated.
