Keyboard Locked Unlock Keyboard

Receive this message on old Unisys system. Have turned lock and unplugged the keylock cable, also reset bios. The system still gives me this message on bootup. Cannot boot to a disk. I also tried different keyboard.

The times I've fough this problem it has required a motherboard replacement. fortunately not for the last 5 or 6 years. Ed Fair
