What do you mean exactly? Do you want "dead keys" on your accents? (us international kbd), or are some keys wrong? (UK vs. US layout?) or a totally different setup?

Start/Run/INTL.CPL
Go to the "Languages" tab (2nd tab, as you are probably running a french system)
Select "Details"
At the bottom, select "Key Settings" (2nd button in the Preferences area) - here you can select that... ---
